This whole “Well that explains why River didn’t regenerate in the library” thing is annoying me. The reason River sacrificed herself in Forest of the Dead was because the Doctor wouldn’t have been able to regenerate either. Even if she hadn’t have used up all of her regenerations, she still would have died in the library.
