Never forget when Craig Ferguson mentioned to Billie Piper that he used to play in a band with Peter Capaldi and they did acid together. And when Billie tried to cover and say, “oh you played acid jazz,” and Craig was like, no, no, we did drugs…. hahahaha! Then she was like, I can’t believe you outed him like that, and also, oh, I guess it makes sense since you’re both Scottish and you all know each other. Then he called her a racist, she cowered in fear from his creepy dancing horse and good times were had by all.

I loved her. So much. And she died. I only get the general sense of things and they pass so quickly, like childhood smells touching you and then being gone on the breeze. But. But but but. It feels strange to be writing this down - I think I believed I could change what happened, undo it, prevent it, save her life somehow after she was already gone. Of course I couldn’t. Parallels between the Doctor’s death and River’s death.

can we talk about how they would both rather die to protect the existence of their marriage than go on living with even the slightest chance that their relationship will be erased

Do not pity the dead, Harry, pity the living. Above all, pity those who can’t spell Twelfth.
